I disagree with your answer to question # 1. . . .
Question #23 : The table says that sediment basin is for intercepting sediments and does not mention controlling runoff. The size of sediment basins is generally not sufficient to control runoff to a great extent.

Correction on page 33 of the course and question # 22 (d) of the test: It is not "soy bean soap sticks" but rather "soy bean soap stock"
Soy bean soap stock is a by product of soybean oil production
"soy bean soap sticks" also appears in the literature but we agree that "soy bean soap stock" is more prevalent. We have modified the course and test to say "soy bean soap stock".
