Kelly McAtee has over 15 years of professional
engineering experience working for the federal government, local municipalities,
water and wastewater utilities, and as a consulting engineer. He has worked on hundreds of projects across
the country and around the world primarily focusing on water resources, utility
systems, building construction, and airfield pavements. Kelly received a B.S. in civil engineering
from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a M.S. in civil engineering with
an emphasis in hydrology, water resources, and environmental fluid mechanics
from the University of Washington. He is
a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Washington State and a LEED
Accredited Professional.
