I liked the overall presentation of this course, and it was a good refresher. I do not agree with the continued use of the SCS Method as applied to small site areas however. Historically, this method has proven to over-compute both peak flow rates and volumes. I better choice would be a Modified Rational Method as offered by many programs in use today. Unfortunately, many governmental agencies have gotten on the "SCS Method train" since it is extremely conservative in the way it can over-compute required storage and/or volumes, especially when applying the 2-yr/24-hr storm criteria.

I think it could also be helpful to see examples of how someone could determine which kind to use on a particular site based on contributing area, infiltration rate (if have infiltrating soils), and other constructability considerations like point of discharge. By walking through an example design process, a practitioner may be more likely to try to design LID facilities.
There are cost factors, too, when designing facilities - not only construction costs but also soft costs like infiltration testing and ongoing maintenance.
