The information presented is a good primer on the subject but in places it is too specific for New York or New Jersey regulatory rules. I did find it interesting to compare and contrast these rules with the rules in the state I work in. I did learn about some testing procedures I was not aware of. Overall it compares favorably with in-person continuing education classes done by a major university school of engineering I have attended.

PS: For the instructions explaining how to read the soil textural chart (triangle) (Pages 6 and 7) , I suggest that you slightly modify the explanations and add the 3 interpolation/intersecting lines to show how you determine the soil type. Thank you

Course materials are generally good but there are spelling and grammar errors. Presentation of the Test questions is awful. The font size is so small it is difficult to read, can't be more than 6 pt. The margins are squeezed; it looks like he is trying to save paper but it runs over to 3 pages with one short True/False question leaving the rest of the page blank. When printed out, not all of the answers to question17 print to the sheet, including the correct answer. The worst answer sheet presentation I've seen of any of the numerous SumCam classes I have previously taken.
The formatting issues are entirely the fault of the browser and not the PDF documents. If you will open the documents using Adobe Acrobat instead of your local browser it will display and print just as we created them. ALL browsers now believe that they can handle PDF documents as well as Adobe but, sadly, they do not.
For best results, save the file to your hard-drive and open it (right click) with Adobe Acrobat.
