About SunCam

SunCam is a provider of continuing professional development courses (Continuing Education) for engineers.

SunCam courses are accepted by engineering boards in all states except as otherwise indicated on the individual course web page. Most states do not have an approval process for either continuing education providers or courses. The following is a list of states that do offer or require provider approval. SunCam has been approved to provide continuing education to engineers in these states:

Florida - FBPE approved provider #0003656/122
New York - NYSED Sponsor #88
Indiana - License Number CE21700099 - "Approved Organization" under IC 25-1-4-0.2 (10)
North Carolina - approved CPC Sponsor #S-0400
Louisiana - CPD.0000270 (NOTE: LAPELS has decided to discontinue the practice of approving CE providers.)
Maryland Board for Professional Engineers
New Jersey approved CPC provider for engineers #24GP000005100
Ohio does not have an approval process for courses or providers however they do have a limitation of 3-hours per year (6-hours per renewal cycle) for "Correspondence Courses." All of SunCam's courses are considered correspondence courses by Ohio.
