SunCam Refund Policy Revised 15 January 2019
SunCam courses do not expire however some courses have expiration
dates that were fixed by a licensing
board. These expiration dates are posted on the individual course web
pages. Those courses are NOT refundable after the posted expiration.
Continuing education courses which have not
been completed and are
not expired, may be returned for a full refund within 90-days of the
date of purchase. Returns made within 90-days of purchase will be
credited back to the original credit card.
We do not offer exchanges.
All SunCam Prepaid Training
Vouchers expire two years after the purchase date.
We only offer refunds to the original purchaser and the original
invoice must accompany all requests for refund. We calculate the value
of refunds as the difference between the original invoice and the
invoice total had the returned product(s) not been included in that
purchase. Any discount tables that applied at the time of purchase will
be applied in the same way as it was used in the original purchase.
