Mary Bordner Tanck, PE is the President of Bordner Engineering Services, LLC in Raytown, Missouri. She has been designing and detailing formwork, shoring, reshoring, and other temporary structures since 2002. She has experience in the design of many diverse types of shoring and reshoring systems, methods, and materials; including timber, steel, and aluminum as well as analysis of concrete structures.
Mary Bordner Tanck has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and holds Professional Engineering licenses in 12 states. She previously served on the ACI 347 committee, has had articles published in Concrete International as well as Structure magazines, and has been a speaker at ACI Conventions and the Missouri University of Science and Technology Concrete Convention.
