Joshua A. Tiner, P.E. is the President of Joshua Tiner Consulting, LLC, and he also serves as the Director of Operations at BRUNS-PAK, a data center facility consulting firm, specializing in design/build, located in Edison NJ. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 43 states as well as 8 Canadian Provinces. He also has an active license in Trinidad and Tobago. In addition to his engineering licenses, he has been certified by EnviroCert International as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

Joshua started his career in Data Center electrical and mechanical design and construction management. He then spent more than a decade focused on land development as a Civil Engineer. He recently returned to data center facility design work, where he continues to serve this day. His consulting firm performs miscellaneous consulting and engineering services to the public as needed. He currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) , the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Joshua has provided professional testimony before more than 30 Planning/Zoning Boards and has been accepted as an expert witness in several states.

Joshua coaches his children in some of the sports they participate in such as baseball and soccer and he and his wife are active Christians, serving as ministry leaders, leading an Alpha Program at their church, Zarephath Christian Church in Somerset NJ.
