Overall good information. I wish the course description had specified that this was more relevant to a private sector engineer. I am a project manager but in the public sector. I seem to be defined as the client in this course so it was not as helpful as I had hoped it would be. But I can see that this would be great information for a private sector engineer.

This course contained a great deal of useful information I will immediately use in my work. However, I have a small suggestion that will make this course feel more accessible for a larger audience. It is a little antiquated to only use male pronouns throughout the text. Many of my client contacts are women, and this must be true for others as well. Thanks for considering this.
