This guy made me work! and it took the full 4 hours, but one of the best continuing ed experiences. The test forces you to open XL and do some matrices and determinants. Probably should have known this from college, but somehow those darn math grad students back then were unable to convey in a 40-hour class what Dr. Ofosu taught me in 4 hours. Each step of the XL operations for matrix math were detailed in the text. He did not over-do or under-do the depth of the material. I am not certain that I will need to solve 10 simultaneous equations in 10 variables, but I do feel that I could program such a problem into XL now.

Well organized and straightforward for a topic that is not particularly straightforward (to me) in the first place. The scenarios used in the math modeling are clever real world applications that have a bit of life to them that help understand what's going on. The presentation of the material is excellent and step by step.
