I object to your use of "software patent" in quotes in a question -- this is misleading as there is NOT such a thing in "name" which the "quotes" suggest. Thus, it is a semantics question as to whether one guesses what you really mean by the question, and only a 50/50 chance of guessing your intention correctly. That question should definitely be reworded!

For an online professional development course the content and structure are adequate.
Pages 14 and 22 need more thorough proofreading; I was disappointed by the egregious grammar errors. (I have made notes and would be happy to provide input through direct correspondence.)
According to the graded test I answered question 20 incorrectly, a determination with which I disagree. Without going into too much detail: a key criterion for the first definition of "microentity" has been left out. (Again, I am happy to discuss this directly.)
