I've been in project management for 20+ years and am just now taking the PMP, so I decided to take this course for my PDH's.
Overall I liked the simplicity of the description of all the Icons, and it actually helped me understand all of them much better than I did prior to the course. Also the test was well thought out and was a good representation of what was taught, so overall I feel it was well done.

We do commercial solar PV energy system installations. Before I decide to do this online course, I was wondering how this could help my operations. The course on just 43 pages, was excellent. Nomenclature sometimes confusing - shouldn't term cost used in Icon 5 be budgeted cost to distinguish from actual cost? Also, the term budget is often used for the entire project rather than for each task and differs from estimated cost only by contingencies and other allowances

This course provides a basic overview of project management and the tools available for those who manage, participate in and evaluate projects. Although the course material contained some minor grammatical errors, and didn't provide a detailed explanation of certain statistical terms/analysis, I found it to be very helpful for anyone that has not been formally trained in project management and is going to be part of a project team.
