Lots of good information and examples. Tricky Test. Thought I was back in College for a moment.
It marked my answer wrong for the b0. I have never seen b0 defined as other than 0.5*d away from the face of the support unless a drop panel, or shear head is used. Why is the "correct" answer in the form of a multiple of d of the slab. This is usually just a function of the column perimeter and d/2.
