I rate this course very high---in a very focused presentation I expanded my insight to non-destructive testing beyond my knowledge of Ellipsometry. In my capacity of Patent Attorney I have done 180 (and counting) Patents for the J.A. Woollam Co. in that area. That background is what caused me to notice this course. I suggest this course should be expanded to include discussion of the non-destructive Ellipsometric approach to investigating materials as well. A discussion of Ellipsometry would fit right in.

Since this is something I would rarely, if ever, do in my field, I found the course interesting and informative. I missed question 9, I think answer ... is acceptable, from reading the material, but would agree that ... is probably a better answer. Just a little "tricky".
